The museum is open from 10.00 till 17.00, Tuesday through Sunday.

It is closed on Mondays except in the school holidays (in line with the nationwide school holiday agenda) and on Easter Monday and Whit Monday. It is closed on Christmas Day Queen's Day (30 April) and New Year’s Day.

The Waterlab is open in the weekends from 12.30 till 16.00. There are no scheduled experiments during the holidays. There are different opening times for holiday activities.
